Unfortunately, our stores can't currently exchange or accept returns for items purchased online.
We're happy to accept returns on unopened products. They should be in their clean original packaging, with the cellophane sealed and intact. Just notify our customer care team of your intention to return via email and we’ll take care of everything from there.
Once we have received your return, we'll process a refund within 3-5 days. Your bank may then take a little longer to clear the funds, so please allow an extra 3-5 days for it to appear in your account. All refunds will be sent to the payment method that was used to place the order. Please note that if there were any delivery costs associated with the order, these can't be refunded.
We want your time with us online to be delightfully uncomplicated and this includes returns.
If you're not totally in love with your purchase, don't worry – because returning it is free and the process is straightforward.

If we have to send your order in multiple shipments you will receive a tracking number for each delivery. We try to avoid sending multiple deliveries wherever possible, to minimize our impact on the environment.
Sales tax will be applied at the checkout for any orders placed for delivery to the USA. For all other countries, sales tax is included in the advertised price.

We will only charge you after you've placed an order. Once you've clicked on the 'Place Order' button – taking care to do so only once to avoid multiple transactions – you may see a charge on your account immediately. This authorisation is standard procedure to ensure you have sufficient funds, and to verify account authenticity. Full authorisation is usually cleared with 48-72 hours, depending on your bank and payment is taken when this verification is complete.
You can switch between currencies by clicking on the currency selector – you'll find this on the upper left-hand side of all pages on our website.
It is probably because we don't currently ship to your destination – we can only accept the local currencies of the regions we ship to. You can see a full list of the currencies, payment methods we accept and available shipping destinations on our Delivery & Returns page.

We want to use vegan alternatives wherever we can. Many of our products are vegan, including all of our bodycare, and some of our perfumes and makeup. Where a product is vegan, it is clearly stated on its product page, and you can see a full list of ingredients for all our products here. If you have any questions about our vegan formulas and ingredients, please get in touch.
We avoid intentionally adding parabens in La Perla Beauty products. In fact, parabens are on our clean beauty blacklist. For transparency, you can view a full list of ingredients for all of our products, and of course, if you get in touch, we're always happy to discuss anything about our ingredients with you.

The majority of our packaging components are produced in Europe, and wherever possible, they're made from recycled materials. Except where it's not possible for hygiene reasons, we have designed all of our beautiful packaging to be reused again and again – so by treasuring and refilling your product, you can reduce your reliance on single-use materials. We want your La Perla Beauty products to reach you in perfect condition, so we have chosen to wrap them in recyclable cellophane. This protects the paper packaging from moisture and prevents opening and tampering, ensuring the product reaches you in an unopened condition and can be safely returned. While we want to deliver a luxurious product, we also want to minimise our impact on the environment – so as well as being fully recyclable, our cellophane is made from recycled PP.
